I missed many of the festivals that happened this weekend, and I regret that because it seems like there were dozens of them. I wanted this to be a helpful site for the public. But here's the ones happening now and coming up :

Also in UK "the BBC’s work in classical music must be protected," by buying tickets for 8 GBP to attend the "Proms" classical music events sponsored by BBC. "This year the Proms, where I heard three solid concerts this past weekend and three more earlier last week, is spread over eight weeks and features 76 major concerts at the Royal Albert Hall. Every performance is broadcast online and on the national classical station, BBC Radio 3, and many are shown on television."

Take a roadtrip, attend festival, part of life's entertainments

This is a simple sketch I made to illustrate that a lot of music festivals are happening everywhere, and many of them can be driven too. Visit the country festival and help farmers for Life's entertainment

This is a watercolor sketch I made this morning to sort of remind viewers of a farm that is filled with vines such as tomatoes, and squash, and pumpkins, and green beans, etc ,etc, etc. It is watercolor [inktense with wash of water over it] and is on 11 x 14 papr in my sketch book. I, Gloria Poole, made this, signed it , photographed it and uploaded it all today 5 May 2015. And this is to encourage people to attend the festival named "Farmgrass" and the info is in next paragraph.And all of that is because I am a farmer's daughter.

I modified it some of course.  The point is to remind people that the festival season is approaching and when spring gets here, there will be hundreds of festivals around the world.

I googled the "Rose Monday Festival" and this is what I learned:

 This is my hand on one of my christian cross necklaces in selfie from 2014 to remind all that I am Southern Baptist Christian and do not make nor worship images of GOD, and do not bow down to any idol or man-made thing in keeping with GOD's commandment in Exodus 20:13, KJV.
